Overview of the construction plan
The land on which this construction project is going on have total of 1,30,680 Square feet (3 acres). The construction of this madrasa is divided into 4 parts.
- Mosque: The total area of the mosque of this madrassa is 8128 square feet. This mosque has two floors. The ground floor has a capacity of 500 persons and the upper floor has a capacity of 500 persons for a total of 1000 persons. It also has a large number of ablution place and toilets.
- Office and Darsgah Building: The total area of this building is Square feet. The building is square, with a spacious courtyard in the middle and rooms on the sides. The building is three stories. On the ground floor there is an admin office, an account office, a computer office, a education office, a dar al-ifta ‘, a hospital, a special guest house, a general men’s and women’s guest house, an electric office and ablution area, and toilet room and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a spacious library, 4 classrooms for memorization, 2 classrooms for the Department of Tajweed and 7 classrooms for Almiyat. On the third floor there is a 4 spacious seminaries class room and 11 rooms for accommodation of students.
- Hostel Building and Dining Hall: The total area of this building is 8215 square feet. The building has three floors. The ground floor is a 3150 / sq. Ft. Student dining hall. It also has clean and clear drinking water, hand washing, and other facilities. The kitchen adjoining the dining hall, the large grain warehouse, the accounting office of the kitchen, the guest dining room, a canteen, a stationery shop, a grocery store, ablution room, Toilet room, etc.
There is a 42 living rooms of 20×15 feet for students in the upper three floors. There is one room for teachers on each floor. There are 3 rooms for teachers in all three floors (ie, a total of 300 / square feet for 3 rooms) and on each floor there are ablution rooms, bathrooms, toilets, and also a laundry space - Family Quarters for Teachers: This is a three-story building with a total area of 2212 square feet. Each floor has 2 family quarters, one quarter 553 / sq. Ft. Thus, there are a total of 16 quarters. Each quarter has a hall, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and toilet.
تعمیری منصوبہ کا اجمالی خاکہ
جس زمین پر یہ تعمیری منصوبہ ہے وہ کُل ۳/ ایکڑ یعنی ١,٣٠,٦٨٠ / اسکوائر فٹ ہے۔ مدرسہ ہٰذا کی تعمیرات کو ۴/حصوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے۔
- مسجد: مدرسہ ہٰذا کی مسجد کا کل رقبہ ٨١٢٨/ اسکوائر فٹ ہے۔ یہ مسجد دو منزلہ ہے۔ نچلی منزل میں ۵۰۰/افراد اور اوپری منزل میں ۵۰۰/افراد کل ایک ہزار افراد کے نماز پڑھنے کی گنجائش ہے۔ نیز اس میں بڑی تعداد میں وضوخانے، استنجاء خانے وغیرہ بھی ہیں۔
- آفس اور درسگاہ بلڈنگ: اس عمارت کا کل رقبہ ١٢۷٣١/ اسکوائر فٹ ہے۔ یہ عمارت چوکور ہے اور بیچ میں کشادہ صحن اور اطراف میں کمرے ہیں یہ عمارت تین منزلہ ہے۔ پہلی نچلی منزل میں دفتر اہتمام، دفتر محاسبی، دفتر کمپیوٹر، دفتر تعلیمات، دارالافتاء، شفاخانہ، مہمان خانہ خصوصی، مہمان خانہ عمومی مردانہ وزنانہ، دفتر برقیات وضوخانہ، استنجاء خانہ، غسل خانہ ہیں۔ دوسری منزل میں کشادہ کتب خانہ، درجہ حفظ کی ۴ درسگاہ، شعبہ تجوید کی ۲ درسگاہ درجہئ عا لمیت کی ۷/ درسگاہیں ہیں۔ تیسری منزل میں دینیات کی ۵کشادہ درسگاہ او ر۱۱/ کمرے طلبہ کی رہائش کے لئے۔
- دارالاقامہ(ہوسٹل) بلڈنگ اور طعام ہال: اس عمارت کا کُل رقبہ ٨٢١۵/ اسکوائر فٹ ہے۔ یہ عمارت تین منزلہ ہے۔ گراؤنڈ فلور پر ٣١۵٠/ اسکوائر فٹ کا عمدہ طرز پر طلبہ کے کھانا کھانے کا ہال ہے۔ نیز اس میں صاف وشفاف پینے کے ٹھنڈے پانی، ہاتھ دھونے، نیز دیگر سہولیات بھی موجود ہے۔ کھانا کھانے کے ہال سے متصل مطبخ، اناج کا بڑا گودام مطبخ کے حساب وکتاب سے متعلق دفتر مہمانوں کے کھانا کھانے کا کمرہ ایک عدد کینٹین، ایک عدد اسٹیشنری دکان، ایک عدد کرانہ دکان،وضو خانہ، استنجاء خانہ وغیرہ ہیں۔
اوپری تینوں منزلوں میں طلباء کے لئے ۴۲ عدد رہائشی کمرے ٢٠*١۵فٹ کے۔ ہر ایک منزل میں اساتذہئ کرام کے لئے ایک کمرہ کل تینوں منزلوں میں برائے اساتذہ ۳ کمرے ہیں (یعنی کل ٣٠٠/ اسکوائر فٹ کے ۵۴/ عدد کمرے ہیں) اور ہر ایک منزل میں وضوخانے، غسل خانے، استنجاء خانے، کپڑا دھلنے کی جگہ بھی ہے۔ - اساتذہئ کرام کے لئے فیملی کواٹرس: یہ عمارت تین منزلہ ہے جس کا کل رقبہ ٢٢١٢اسکوائر فٹ ہے۔ ہر ایک منزل میں ۴عدد فیملی کواٹرس ہیں، ایک کواٹر ۵۵٣/ اسکوائر فٹ پر مشتمل ہے۔ اس طرح کُل ۶۱/ عددکواٹرس ہیں۔ ہر ایک کواٹر میں ایک ہال، ایک بیڈروم، ایک کچن، باتھ روم وغیرہ ہیں۔
- طلباء کے لئے کھیل کود کا وسیع وعریض میدان: تقریبا ۴۴,٩٠٢ / اسکوائر فٹ(ایک ایکڑ) پر مشتمل ہے۔
